CUSTOM PROCESS
Once negotiations conclude, we eagerly prepare to embark on exciting new projects tailored to our customers' needs.
1. Customers share images of candy or bar samples along with primary raw materials. We assess compatibility with our machines and identify required equipment.
2. We create meticulous CAD drawings of the candy and machine process plans, presenting them to our customers for approval.
3. Upon contract confirmation and receipt of a 30% deposit, we commence production, ensuring each machine is crafted to perfection.
4. Adhering strictly to contract timelines, we complete the machine, share production videos for customer validation, clean, and pack it. Shipment is arranged post-receipt of the remaining 70% payment.
5. Upon machine delivery, we coordinate with customers to arrange for expert technician guidance, ensuring smooth operation from day one.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
