1. Customers provide detailed photos of candy or bar samples along with the main raw materials. Our team evaluates the compatibility of our machines and identifies the necessary equipment for seamless production.
2. We meticulously create CAD drawings of the candy and develop a comprehensive machine process plan, which we present to our customers for thorough review and approval.
3. Upon the customer's contract confirmation and a 30% deposit, our dedicated team commences the production of the machine with unwavering commitment.
4. We adhere strictly to the contractual timeline, completing the machine and providing production videos for customer verification. Once approved, we proceed with cleaning, packing, and after receiving the remaining 70% balance, we arrange for prompt shipment.

Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
