After a fruitful negotiation with the customer, we eagerly prepare to launch an exciting new project.
1. Customers provide us with photos of their desired candy or bar samples, including the main raw materials. We meticulously assess compatibility with our machines and determine the necessary equipment.
2. We create precise CAD drawings of the candy, alongside a detailed machine process plan, which are then shared with the customers for their valued confirmation.
3. Once the customer approves the contract, a 30% deposit initiates the production process of the machine, setting our craftsmanship into motion.
4. Our commitment ensures completion of the machine within the contract's timeline. We share production videos for customer approval. Following affirmation, the machine is meticulously cleaned and packed. Upon receiving the remaining 70% balance payment, we arrange for its shipment.

Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
