1. Customers supply images of candy or bar samples and key raw materials. We assess if our machines are compatible and identify the necessary equipment.
2. We create precise CAD drawings of the candy and the machine process plan, presenting them to customers for approval.
3. Upon contract confirmation and receipt of a 30% deposit, we commence machine production, ensuring every detail aligns with customers' expectations.
4. With adherence to contractual timelines, we complete machine production and provide video confirmations. After customer approval, we meticulously clean and package the machine. Upon receiving the remaining 70% balance, we arrange for shipment.

Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
