CUSTOM PROCESS
Upon reaching a consensus with our esteemed customers, we embark on launching a groundbreaking project.
1. Customers share images of their desired candy or bar samples, along with the primary raw materials. We assess compatibility with our machines and ascertain the necessary equipment.
2. Our team crafts detailed CAD drawings of the candy and the machine process plan, offering them to customers for thorough review and approval.
3. Once the customer confirms the contract and we receive a 30% deposit, our production team springs into action to bring the machine to life.
4. Adhering to the timeline agreed upon in the contract, we complete the machine and share production videos with customers for verification. After obtaining the customer's approval, the machine is cleaned, packaged, and shipped upon receiving the remaining 70% payment.
5. Upon the machine's arrival, the customer reaches out to us, and we promptly coordinate technician support to ensure seamless installation and operation guidance.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
