CUSTOM PROCESS
Upon concluding negotiations with customers, we lay the groundwork for launching new and exciting projects.
1. Customers provide images of candy or bar samples and key raw materials. We then verify the compatibility of our machines and determine the necessary equipment.
2. Our team crafts precise CAD drawings of the candy and maps out the machine process plan, which are then shared with customers for thorough confirmation.
3. Once the contract is confirmed by the customer, a 30% deposit is secured, initiating the production phase of the machine.
4. The machine is completed within the contractual timeline. We provide production videos for customer validation. Upon confirmation, the machine is meticulously cleaned and packed. Shipment is arranged upon receipt of the remaining 70% balance.
5. Post-receipt, the customer engages with us to arrange technical guidance from our skilled technicians, ensuring smooth operation and satisfaction.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
