CUSTOM PROCESS
Following detailed negotiations with our esteemed customers, we meticulously prepare to launch innovative new projects tailored to their needs.
1. Customers provide us with photographs of candy or bar samples along with the primary raw materials. We then confirm the suitability of our machines and identify the necessary equipment.
2. We meticulously craft CAD drawings of the candy, outlining the machine process plan, which is then presented to customers for their approval and confirmation.
3. Upon the customer's confirmation of the contract, we receive a 30% deposit and commence the meticulous production of the machine.
4. We ensure the timely completion of the machine as stipulated in the contract. We document the production process through detailed videos for customer validation. Upon the customer's approval and receipt of the remaining 70% balance, we diligently clean, pack, and arrange for shipment.
5. Once the machine is delivered, our customer contacts us, and we promptly arrange for our expert technicians to provide comprehensive guidance and support.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
