CUSTOM PROCESS

1. Customers provide us with photographs of candy or bar samples along with primary raw materials. We assess machine compatibility and specify the necessary equipment to meet their requirements.
2. Our skilled team crafts precise CAD drawings of the candy and the entire machine process plan, submitting these to customers for approval and further customization.
3. Upon contract confirmation and receipt of a 30% deposit from the customer, we initiate the production process for the machine, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
4. We diligently complete the machine within the agreed timeline outlined in the contract. Production videos are shared with customers for verification. Following customer approval, we meticulously clean, pack, and ship the machine upon receiving the final 70% balance.

Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
