1. Customers supply images of candy or bar samples alongside main raw materials. We verify compatibility with our machines and identify necessary equipment.
2. Our experts craft precise CAD drawings of the candies and formulate a comprehensive machine process plan, which we present to customers for approval.
3. Upon contract confirmation and receipt of a 30% deposit, we commence the meticulous manufacturing of the machine.
4. Adhering to contract timelines, we ensure the machine's completion with thorough production videos for customer confirmation. Post-approval, we sanitize and package the machine, initiating shipment upon receiving the remaining 70% payment.

Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
