CUSTOM PROCESS
Following thorough negotiations with our esteemed clients, we meticulously prepare to embark on an exciting new project.
1. Customers provide images of candy or bar samples, alongside key raw materials. We assess compatibility with our machines and determine the required equipment.
2. We expertly draft CAD drawings of the candy and the machine process plan, sharing them with customers for confirmation, ensuring alignment and satisfaction.
3. Upon contract affirmation and receipt of a 30% deposit, we initiate the precise manufacturing of the machine.
4. Within the agreed timeline, the machine is meticulously completed. We provide video updates of the production, securing client approval. Post-confirmation, we clean and pack the machine. Upon receiving the remaining 70% balance, we arrange prompt shipment.
5. Once the machine is received, our clients reach out, and we promptly dispatch technicians to provide expert guidance and support.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
