Upon reaching a consensus with the customer, we eagerly embark on launching a new project, tailored to deliver exceptional results.
1. Customers provide insightful samples of candies or bars alongside primary raw materials. We evaluate compatibility with our machines and determine the necessary equipment requirements.
2. Our team crafts detailed CAD drawings of the candy and designs a comprehensive machine process plan, which is then presented to customers for their approval.
3. Following the customer's confirmation of the contract, a 30% deposit secures the initiation of production. We then proceed with manufacturing the machine, ensuring top-tier craftsmanship.
4. The machine is completed within the timeframe outlined in the contract. We provide video documentation of the production process for customer confirmation. Upon approval, we meticulously clean and pack the machine. Once the remaining 70% balance is paid, we arrange for shipment.

Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
