CUSTOM PROCESS
Upon fruitful negotiations with the customer, we meticulously prepare to embark on launching a new project.
1. Customers provide us with photos of candy or bar samples along with the main raw materials. We assess the compatibility of our machines and determine the necessary equipment.
2. We meticulously craft CAD drawings of the candy and formulate a comprehensive machine process plan, which we present to our customers for their approval.
3. Once the customer confirms the contract, we receive a 30% deposit, at which point we commence the production of the machine.
4. We diligently complete the machine within the contracted timeframe. We provide videos of the production process for the customer's confirmation. Upon their approval and receipt of the 70% balance payment, we clean, pack, and arrange for shipment.
5. After delivery, customers reach out to us, and we promptly arrange for our skilled technicians to provide expert guidance and support.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
