Custom process and After-Sales
Upon successful negotiation with the customer, we prepare to embark on a new project.
1. Customers provide images of candy samples or bar samples and the main raw materials. We confirm the suitability of our machines and identify the necessary equipment.
2. We create precise CAD drawings of the candy, along with the machine process plan, for the customer's confirmation.
3. Once the customer approves the contract, we receive a 30% deposit and commence machine production.
4. We ensure the machine is completed within the contract's timeframe, providing video documentation for customer approval. Upon confirmation, we clean and package the machine. Shipment is arranged after receiving the remaining 70% balance payment.
