Custom process and After-Sales
Following successful negotiations with the customer, we prepare to embark on an exciting new project.
1. Customers provide images of candy or bar samples, along with primary raw materials. We then confirm the compatibility of our machines and determine any additional equipment requirements.
2. We create precise CAD drawings of the candy and the machine process plan, submitting these to customers for approval and ensuring seamless alignment.
3. Upon contract confirmation and receipt of a 30% deposit, we initiate the production of the machine, prioritizing quality and precision.
4. Completion of the machine adheres to contractual timelines. We share production videos with customers for approval, ensuring satisfaction before cleaning and packing. Upon receipt of the remaining 70% balance, shipment arrangements are made.

Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
