Custom process and After-Sales

1. Customers provide photos of candy samples or bar samples along with primary raw materials. We then confirm the suitability of our machines and determine the required equipment for your specific needs.
2. We create detailed CAD drawings of the candy and the machine process plan, submitting these for customer approval to ensure everything aligns perfectly with their vision.
3. Once the customer confirms the contract, we promptly receive a 30% deposit and commence the production of the machine, ensuring adherence to all specifications and quality standards.
4. We complete the machine within the contractually specified timeframe, providing video documentation of the production process for customer confirmation. After approval and receipt of the remaining 70% balance, we meticulously clean, pack, and arrange for shipment.

A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine.
