CUSTOM PROCESS
Following thorough negotiations with the customer, we prepare to initiate an exciting new project.
1. Customers provide detailed photographs of candy or bar samples along with primary raw material details. We then assess our machines' compatibility and determine the necessary equipment to meet their needs.
2. We meticulously create CAD drawings of the candy and outline a comprehensive machine process plan, which we then present to customers for their approval and feedback.
3. Upon the customer's consent to the contract, we receive a 30% deposit and promptly commence the production of the machine, ensuring adherence to all specifications.
4. We diligently complete the machine within the agreed contractual timeline, capturing production videos to assure customers of quality. Once confirmed, we meticulously clean and pack the machine. On receipt of the remaining 70% balance, we arrange for shipment logistics.
5. Post-delivery, the customer contacts us to arrange for our expert technicians to provide thorough guidance and support, ensuring a smooth operational startup.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
