CUSTOM PROCESS
Following fruitful discussions with our esteemed customers, we embark on launching exciting new projects.
1. Customers share images of desired candy or bar samples, along with primary raw materials. We evaluate machine compatibility and determine necessary equipment.
2. Our team crafts detailed CAD illustrations of the candy and meticulously plans the machine processes, providing these to customers for their approval.
3. Upon contract confirmation and receipt of a 30% deposit, we commence machine production, ensuring adherence to promised timelines.
4. Machine manufacturing is completed promptly as per contractual agreements. We capture production videos for customer review, and upon their satisfaction, we clean, pack, and ship the machine after receiving the remaining 70% payment.
5. Post-delivery, our technical experts are on standby to provide customers with comprehensive guidance, ensuring seamless installation and operation.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
