3. Following the client's confirmation of the contract, we promptly receive a 30% deposit and initiate the production of the bespoke machine.
4. We diligently adhere to the contract timeline to complete the machine, providing video updates of the production process for client verification. Upon client approval and receiving the 70% balance, we meticulously clean and package the machine for shipment.

A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine.
