Custom process and After-Sales
After negotiation with customer, we prepare to launch a new project.
1. Customers provide photos of candy or bar samples along with main raw materials. We confirm machine compatibility and identify necessary equipment.
2. We create detailed CAD drawings, outlining the candy design and machine process plan, then present them to customers for approval.
3. Upon contract confirmation, we receive a 30% deposit and promptly initiate production of the machine.
4. We complete the machine within the contractually stipulated time, capturing videos of the production process for customer confirmation. Once approved, we clean, pack, and arrange shipment upon receiving the 70% balance payment.
5. After the customer receives their machine, we coordinate with them to send technicians for guidance and support.
After-Sales
We take full responsibility for any quality issues. The machine comes with a one-year warranty from the customer's factory (excluding man-made damage), and we offer lifelong maintenance service and technical support.

A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine.
