CUSTOM PROCESS
Upon reaching a mutual agreement with our customers, we embark on the exciting journey of launching a new project, tailored to their unique needs.
1. Customers provide images of candy or bar samples along with the principal raw materials. We then evaluate the suitability of our machines and determine the necessary equipment.
2. Our team crafts precise CAD drawings of the candy alongside a comprehensive machine process plan, which we present to customers for their review and confirmation.
3. Once the contract is greenlit by the customer, and a 30% deposit is secured, we commence the production of the tailor-made machine.
4. We diligently complete the machine within the contracted timeframe, providing video documentation of its production for customer approval. Upon confirmation and receipt of the remaining 70% payment, we meticulously clean, pack, and prepare the machine for shipping.
5. Following the machine's arrival, our customers reach out, and we promptly arrange for our expert technicians to deliver guidance, ensuring seamless integration and operation.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
